Delivery will be made within 1 working day from full payment receipt. Delivery is only to one location in mainland Singapore NOT INCLUDING JURONG / TUAS AREA /SENTOSA .
Timing of FREE delivery is on between 11am to 6pm next-working day.
For Jurong / Tuas area, Please top us S$10.00 for delivery regardless of amount. Sentosa / CBD Area, Please top up $5.00 for Surcharge

- You may collect your order at Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre.
- Pls note that self-collection of orders is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY as the place is for storage and we are normally out for deliveries. Please contact Robin at 94568856..

Shipping/handling will be charged according to AirMail or Parcel Rates given by Singapore Post with an additional of S$10.00 handling fee..
For Air Mail, we will automatically add S$2.24 for Registered Post.

Points To Note
- We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.
- Orders will only be mailed out AFTER we have received payment.

- EXCHANGES
Please ensure that your bike is in good working order when you receive it as claims of faults will not be entertained after that.
Should there be any leakages, you must notify us immediately upon receipt.
Should there be any fuel tank leakages, we shall attempt to repair the bike or change a part should there be availability.
We will NOT ENTERTAIN CLAIMS OF LEAKAGE OF THE SAME PART that has been changed.
This does NOT INCLUDE onsite repairs. For Onsite Repairs, please arrange to pay $30.00 per trip, $35.00 for Jurong or Tuas Area.
We do not provide warranty for Engine as the fuel mixture that you put in the bike is very important. Please be informed that items that are opened, tested or not in original sellable condition are not exchangeable.
Manufacturer fault only covers leakages from the fuel tank etc. Periodic Servicing / Cleaning of carburator or spark plugs or filters are at users cost. Warranty is only applicable within 24 hours of bike receipt.
www.pocketbikes.com.sg reserves the rights to reject and ignore any false claims. Exchange of parts are only valid to the same item while stocks last.
All pocket bikes / Car accessories are NOT exchangeable. Proof of purchases are required.
For Checking of faults or minor repairs at Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre, a fee of S$15.00 is chargeable for time and the trip there. However this does not include any spare parts or replacement parts cost.
- Delivery and shipping fees are not refundable.

Options for Exchanges
Within Singapore
- Mail: Postage both ways are charged to you
- Courier ($40 per 2-way trip): Courier will pick up item from you and pass you the new one.
For exchanges within CBD area, CBD surcharge of $5 applies.
For Jurong /Tuas area, please top up an extra S$10.00 for the trip
- Self-collect: Bring your item to our listed address and exchange on the spot (by appointment only).
